My husband and I are from America and we are frequent visitors to India. We needed accommodation in Bangalore and decided to take a chance and booked a two week stay with Denise and staff through BangaloreAccommodation.com.
The first good sign was how quickly and efficiently Denise and staff replied to my e-mails and to my questions. When we arrived at our accommodation we were welcomed into a very large home situated in a quiet Bangalore suburb. Tired and dirty after a long journey our bags were taken from us, we were not asked to book in, but instead we were shown to our room and offered a cup of tea.
Our room was very clean with cable TV, our bedding was clean, the bathroom was spotless and there was always hot water. We were offered all the house facilities, internet, iron and ironing board, clothes washing and a fully equipped kitchen at our disposal.
When we chose to cook, Nishant (Denise's right hand man) was always there to help navigate the kitchen and lend a helping hand. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was always served by the host irrespective of whether we cooked or not. The atmosphere was very relaxed. In the evenings my husband and I, Denise and staff, Nishant, and the other guests would eat, talk and laugh together as though we were old friends.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left Denise and staff were perfect hosts; always available to help with anything we needed and went far beyond what was necessary to ensure our needs were met.
I have traveled the world, and our stay at Bangalore Accommodations was one of the most pleasant and one of the most memorable stays. My husband and I most definitely recommend this six bedroom six bathroom guest house and feel sure that you will be cared for as well as we were. So if you want to be on vacation but want to feel as relaxed as you are in your own home, go and stay with Denise and staff.
